In Meursault on the Côte de Beaune, wine has been an art for centuries.

This village of 1700 habitants marks the start of the great white wine vineyards of Burgundy. For 1000 years, the villagers have been cultivating some of the most renowned white wine in the world extracted solely from Chardonnay grapes.

The exceptional balance and aromatic complexity of these wines have awarded them an excellent reputation worldwide. One third of the wine production of Meursault is classed premier cru: les Perrières, les Charmes, les Gouttes d’Or… whose robe when young is often straw coloured with a hint of green that tends toward a deeper golden hue with age and sparkling with subtle speckles of silver for the pleasure of the eyes and the palate !

The nose can offer a fascinatingly complex bouquet of acacia flowers, fresh almonds, hazelnuts, honeysuckle, citrus fruit, spices (wood and cinnamon), hints of toasted white bread and churned butter. This sumptuous wine is infinitely rich and pleasing to a growing number of wine lovers.
